From Raw Fleece to Finished Felt
Felt-making is one of the oldest textile crafts on earth, passed down through generations in Nepal. It starts with raw New Zealand wool, cleaned and carded to remove impurities, then dyed with rich, vibrant colour.
The felting itself binds the fibres with heat, moisture and pressure — worked by hand through rubbing and rolling, or with modern equipment for larger runs. The result is a durable, versatile fabric that can be shaped into almost anything.

What felt products can you supply?
A full catalogue — cat caves and pet beds, felt balls and garlands, slippers and footwear, rugs and mats, ornaments and seasonal decor, bags and accessories, and more. If it can be felted, we can almost certainly make it. Send us a design or reference and we'll advise.
Can I get products in my own colours and designs?
Yes — full customisation is our specialty. We dye wool to order and can match your brand palette (Pantone matching available on request), and we develop custom shapes, sizes and designs from your sketch, sample or reference product.
Do you offer private label and OEM?
We do, end to end. That includes sample development, custom colour and design, your branding on labels and hang tags, and retail-ready packaging — so the finished product is entirely yours.
How do you keep handmade products consistent?
With a documented, multi-stage quality process: checks during production (wet state), on the finished product, and on packaging, followed by an independent AQL inspection before dispatch. Approved samples are kept on the floor so everyone works to the same standard.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, and we recommend it. We develop and send samples so you can assess colour, size, density and finish, and approve them before any bulk production run begins.
What's your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, level of customisation and packaging. Share the categories and volumes you're planning and we'll confirm what works — we support both smaller launch orders and large wholesale runs.
Do you handle export and shipping?
Yes. We manage packaging, export documentation and worldwide logistics by sea or air, delivering to your nearest port or, with DDP, all the way to your door.
